DEVELOPING STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A new tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 250 miles check here east of the coast of California.
